I am so very concerned for our people here in America. I need You in my life Lord I can not manage all I need to do without You! There are so many lost souls in our country and they do not even realize that they are lost. Our hearts are so heavy for them and their destination as they travel through this world. I am asking You to make each person miserable in their lives as they are today UNTIL THEY TURN FROM THEIR SINFUL WAYS AND choose to serve You! I believe in You our Father, your son Jesus who come to save us all and the Holy Spirit you sent to live and dwell in us to guide us in your ways. Faith Joseph's Story: A Novel and Christian Bible Study by Sandra Lea Hardage

I want to begin my review by saying this is an excellent book to read. It is an easy to understand way of telling a wonderful story from the Bible. Joseph was his father Jacob's favorite son, the youngest of the family then of eleven sons. He was not only his favorite son he gave him a special coat. His mother died giving life to his little brother whose name was Benjamin. This caused his father to show him even more favoritism. Most of us have known about this story from our childhood Bible Schools and other Bible Studies we have had in our lives. Faith-Joseph's Story is a different view of Joseph's life. It is written in the first person making the first half of the book a novel about the life, faith and Gods plan and purpose for Joseph. Also a way to help others and to help his family. Jealousy and envy among brothers then is like it is today with brothers and sisters in some families. Joseph was very prideful when he was young causing his brothers to hate him. Latter in his life he learned to depend upon the God of his fathers "YHWH" to forgive him and God had caused him to have a forgiving heart toward his brothers. He had forgiven them for the evil thing they did to him. We can learn a lot from this story in how to live our life to serve others. The author has put a section in her book on how to become a Christian and an example of how to pray the sinners prayer. Faith is the ability to receive the will of God. Joseph's life is an example of what a Christ-like person should be today and everyday of our life! The second half of the book is a Bible Study based upon the story of Joseph. You can do this study as a group or as an individual Bible study.

Here is my Review~ I have thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is a six week study with five study days for each week. The object of the book is to help us realize just what the things are we have in our lives that can be considered idols or gods These gods keep us from spending valuable time in worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It could be our cell phones, computers, television or any other thing we do instead of keeping our selves true to our commitment in serving God and developing our gifts the Lord has given us to do his service. This study can help you experience the Lord and his ways like you have never been able to do before. You can read the book and do the different studies each week by yourself as I have or you can share the experiences with a group. There is a "Leaders Guide" for a six week Bible Study using the writers examples or you can make your own for each day in the six different weeks. She suggests opening each session with a prayer and prayer request. It is a very informal study and I believe I would like to lead a group of ladies and use this book. When we accept Jesus as our Savior,,,,that is not the end of it. We must turn from our worldly ways and strive to keep our hearts and mind upon what is important to being a Christ-server.

Sandra Hardage considers Jesus Christ her Savior and her family including husband, children and grandchildren the chief blessings in her life. Dave's recovery this far!!
Dave is one of the kindest people I know and I do not say that just because he is my brother. He has done work for homeless, he always been willing to help in community service, and if you needed, he would literally give you the shirt off of his back. He gives as God lays on his heart. That is all I would ever ask of a person. Dave is also Pastor at a small church in Calhoun MO. He was washing windows at a hospital on May 27th, his rope snapped, and he fell 50 feet, landing on his feet. He shattered his L3, crushed both heels, broke his tailbone, and did some damage to a nerve sack in his back. When the doctors looked at his back they said it was a miracle that Dave could move or even feel his feet. He has a long road ahead of him and the doctors are hopeful that he will walk again. But that does include lots of nights in the hospital and thus far he has had multiple surgical procedures, and has required ICU admission. As you pray about how God would have you give please keep in mind that he is a pastor of a small church. I will add, that they have huge hearts at Calhoun and my brother Dave is lucky to have a church that prays and cares for their pastor so dearly.

My love of horses began when a teenage neighbor offered me my first ride, on the back of her horse. From my 8-year-old perspective, it seemed like the biggest horse in the world. From that moment on, I was addicted. Horses were to become a very important part of my life, although I never could have imagined, at the time, how much God would teach me about Himself and my relationship to Him through these wonderful animals. The Sonrise Stable series combines my love of God and horses in stories that I hope will help children learn more about both. I have a vision for ten initial books in the series, taking the main characters through one year. Beyond that I’ll see where God leads me. I have been blessed with three daughters and home schooled each of them through high school. I enjoy trail riding my Rocky Mountain mare, Nikki, hiking, photography, and playing guitar. I work from home as a web designer and computer programmer and enjoy the variety and flexibility that allows.

This is the third book in the Sonrise Stables Series of four:  The book is about  a family with whom  have a great love for horses. This book will help you with your children's reading skills and also teach them godly morals and the importance of good sportsmanship. The idea of Home Schooling is being a great way of teaching their children the basics and also at the same time helping them learn more about God and his Creation.
Emily was so excited about her demonstration about Evolution at the 4-H Meeting and Rosie and Carrie knew that it was not true.
Creationism vs Evolution, this is the subject that Rosie and Carrie have to try and prove to their 4-H Club friends and to some who are not friends. They will try to prove that God is the Creator. You will be surprised how the girls got their point across to the other 4-H girls and their mothers.The belief that over a long period of time animals, such as the horses in this story evolved to be what they are today from small animals with four toes on their hind legs and three on front legs. Then they evolved through the ages to be the modern day horse that we have today.
Rosie and Carrie had the Word of God to help them with their demonstration. While Emily only had hear say that could not be proven, because there is not anyone alive now that was living when these small, three and four toed animals were susposed to have existed.

This book and the two before it would be awesome for children around eight to twelve years old. They would learn life lessons and if they have a love for horses it is ideal for them to read.

I would recommend this book for your child to read and learn about how a life with horses around you teaches you so very much about them.

The writer has chosen to write about herself in her struggles in her life as being a child of the King, Jesus is his name! I loved the way she is so honest about her bad times as well as her good times in her service for the Lord. You may be surprised how the book got its name. I know that I was very surprised! I intend to pick up Lorieen's book several times in the future. Get to know Jamy Whitaker . . .  Wife: I am married to a wonderful man, Mitch. He is truly a blessing from God. He works as a project manager for Interior Fixtures. He is also looking into starting a greenhouse this spring, to sell seedlings and produce. When he is not working, he can be found roaming the 100 acre wood known as Whit-Akers.


Ministry: I am privileged to be a stay-at-home mom. This allows me to spend time
with the younger children during the day, as well as, taking care of our home.
Currently, I am on the executive leadership team for Proverbs 31 Online Bible
Studies. I really enjoy teaching and communicating with the women on the blog
and facebook group. As the children are growing the Lord has been preparing me
for following after my calling. The Lord is calling me into the area of ministry with
regards to speaking and writing. I am anxious to see what He has in store for me,
as I trust in Him to lead me along this journey. I long to bring others the Good News
and introduce them to my Saviour and Friend, Jesus.

This is what I think about the book:

It would be a very good Bible Study Book.It has three different parts and four different study subjects in each part. At the end of the book you will find Bible Study Questions and Notes to refer to when you are studying the different parts. So, if you used it for a Bible Study Group it would be a twelve week Bible Study.

The author of this little book wants us to take the first step, like get your feet a little wet by doing new things for the better good of the Kingdom of God. She reminds us about Peter when he saw our Lord walking on the water. He stepped out of the boat to walk on the water to meet Jesus. Unlike Peter we must not let doubt creep into our mind when we accept the call to do service for Jesus and tell others the
GOOD NEWS" about the Savior, with whom I could not live without in my life. I will share my book with my Pastor. He might want to use it as a Wednesday or Sunday evening Bible Study! Jamy wrote this book to reach out to women who are hiding behind a mask of fears, doubts and insecutities.It is her hope that others will take down their masks and let their true identity in Christ shine through. Maybe we all should get real!

Here are my thoughts about the book.
I like the way the author has set this book up for teaching anyone who wants to become a Christ follower. The book is written for all of us, even the Christian whom is not a babe in Christ. It would be a very good book to use in a Bible Study Group.
The next paragraph was chosen from the book, showing us how the Word of God, the Bible, is God inspired. In fact the Holy Ghost, {some folks refer to the Comforter as the Holy Spirit}, inspired the writers of each book in the Bible. . . . . . .

The Word of God is the source of truth. The author
of the written Word is the Holy Ghost. He teaches, He
leads, He guides, and He instructs us. A good way of
looking at where we fit is like this:
• God informs
• I must conform to be transformed
• I must conform to God’s information to be
transformed into His character ~
I must hear the Word of God and apply the Word
of God by doing what the Word says.


 

 I would highly recommend this book! I intend to read it again and again!

SPRING CLEANSE ~ YOUR BODY ~

SPRING CLEANSE ~ YOUR BODY ~ Yes another post about water :)But if you really want to cleanse then DRINK, DRINK, DRINK. Here are eight (8) home made vitamin water recipes to help you keep the water flowing!

As a rule, you should try to avoid as much as possible industrial food and beverages

1) The classical : lemon/cucumber:
Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water + 1 cucumber and a lemon, thinly sliced + 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil leaf + 1/3 of finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

2) The granite: Strawberry/Lime or Raspberry/Lime
Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 6 strawberries / 0r Raspberries and one thinly sliced lime + 12 finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

3) The digestive: Fennel/citrus
First: infuse 1 to 3 grams of dried and crushed fennel in 150 ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water + lemon juice (put the leftover lemon in the mix) + a small thinly sliced orange + 12 fresh chopped mint leaves + the infusion of fennel seeds. Leave in refrigerator overnight before serving.

Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 1 cup of pineapple cut into cubes + 12 fresh mint leaves finely chopped. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

7) The traditional : Apple/cinnamon
Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 1 cup of apple cut into cubes + 2 cinnamon sticks + 2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

8.) The zingibir : Ginger/tea
In advance: heat 1 teaspoon of ginger in two cups of tea, let it cool down.

Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water with two cups of the ginger tea + 4-5 pieces of fresh ginger cut into cubes. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

SPRING CLEANSE ~ YOUR BODY ~ Yes another post about water :)But if you really want to cleanse then DRINK, DRINK, DRINK. Here are eight (8) home made vitamin water recipes to help you keep the water flowing!

As a rule, you should try to avoid as much as possible industrial food and beverages

1) The classical : lemon/cucumber:
Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water + 1 cucumber and a lemon, thinly sliced + 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil leaf + 1/3 of finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

2) The granite: Strawberry/Lime or Raspberry/Lime
Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 6 strawberries / 0r Raspberries and one thinly sliced lime + 12 finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

3) The digestive: Fennel/citrus
First: infuse 1 to 3 grams of dried and crushed fennel in 150 ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water + lemon juice (put the leftover lemon in the mix) + a small thinly sliced orange + 12 fresh chopped mint leaves + the infusion of fennel seeds. Leave in refrigerator overnight before serving.

This is such an informative book for anyone thinking about following the Call from God to go into all of the world and make disciples for Jesus, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This business of winning souls for Jesus can be for Gods children of all ages. This little book of only 134 pages is packed full of valuable information you will need to know when you decide to follow the Call to
be Messengers for the Kingdom of God. Mission Trips are not just for adults and teenagers. This is a
guide to anyone with a desire to go and make a difference in other lives. Do something now, you do not
have to wait until everyone is grown!
On page 37 you will find reasons to go and reasons not to go. You know God has not always used
 perfect people to spread the Gospel. In chapter 8 " Don't ever Cross the Chopsticks", I failed to find anything about chopsticks, but there is a lot of educational  information there and throughout this book to prepare you when you are going on short term missions with your family.
So if you are going I would suggest you pick up a copy of Jill's book for each one in your family, "Don't Forget to Pack the Kids."
She has shown in her book there is no age limit for us to minister to others on a Short Term Mission Trip
in your state, in another state in our country or across the world.

Holy Cow Cake

Chocolate Cake Mix (your preference), baked as directed 1-14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk 8 oz. jar of caramel topping 4-5 Butterfingers candy bars, crushed 1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. Cool Whip Prepare and bake cake as directed on package. Meanwhile, blend caramel and sweetened condensed milk. After removing cake from oven, use a skewer or fork to poke holes into the top of the cake. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Crush candy bars and sprinkle half of them over the warm cake. Chill. Stir cream cheese and Cool Whip together until blended well. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with remaining candy.

He gave Noah the blueprints, saying: "You have 6 months to build the Ark before I will start the unending rain for 40 days and 40 nights." Six months later, the Lord looked down and saw Noah weeping in his yard - but no Ark."Noah!," He roared, "I'm about to start the rain! Where is the Ark?" "Forgive me, Lord," begged Noah, "but things have changed." "I needed a Building Permit." "I've been arguing with the Boat Inspector about the need for a sprinkler system." "My homeowners association claim that I've violated the Neighborhood by-laws by building the Ark in my back yard and exceeding the height limitations. We had to go to the local Planning Committee for a decision." "Then the City Council and the Electricity Company demanded a shed load of money for the future costs of moving power lines and other overhead obstructions, to clear the passage for the Ark's move to the sea. I told them that the sea would be coming to us, but they would hear none of it." "Getting the wood was another problem. There's a ban on cutting local trees in order to save the Greater Spotted Barn Owl." "I tried to convince the environmentalists that I needed the wood to save the owls - but no go!" "When I started gathering the animals, PETA took me to court. They insisted that I was confining wild animals against their will. They argued the accommodations were too restrictive and it was cruel and inhumane to put so many animals in a confined space." "Then the Environmental Protection Agency ruled that I couldn't build the Ark until they'd conducted an environmental impact study on Your proposed flood." "I'm still trying to resolve a complaint with the Human Rights Commission on how many minorities I'm supposed to hire for my building crew." "The Immigration Dept. Is checking the visa status of most of the people who want to work." "The labor unions say I can't use my sons. They insist I have to hire only union workers with ark-building experience." "To make matters worse, the IRS seized all my assets, claiming I'm trying to leave the country illegally with endangered species." Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. And, there on television, she said it was 'exciting...' Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day.....like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist first. The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such a simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her words! Maya Angelou said this: 'I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.' 'I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.' On page 122 the preacher read from the Bible,,, Revelation 2:5 (NIV) Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. This is only one of the Holy Scriptures the writer of this awesome novel has referred to in her book which is called "That Summer" I truly enjoyed reading this book! I am a Hillbilly,,,,but not as much as the people depicted in this story about family and friends in Sanford County, Tennessee. This story shows how the actions in our lives can effect not only our generation, but our children and extended family and friends. The Great Depression does bring a lot of hardships to many families, but love's triangle does survive the many problems. Another scripture was mentioned and it was my very favorite, well maybe one of my favorite ones. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. I am so anxious to read the second and third book in the Caney Creek Series trilogy. Book two, "Living Beyond the Past" coming in April of 2013. "Claiming Peace" is book three coming out in September.

Calhoun Baptist Church News Easter Sunday March 31, 2013~ Rev. David Van Bebber, Pastor: Breakfast was prepared by Jim and Shirley Bilbrook for all to enjoy! After Sunday School was over and before the Worship Service began there was an Easter Egg Hunt in the Church’s yard. Our little church was full of Worshiper this wonderful Easter Day! Brother David greeted everyone with a welcome to worship the Lord this wonderful Sabbath Day in Spirit and in the Truth that comes only from God! There was a dedication of two little ones this morning. There were special prayers for each one and their families. This is the day we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. He offers forgiveness for our failures and offers redemption to sinners who ask Him for forgiveness. No matter how great the sin. We are reminded once again that this is the month to share our blessings the Lord has so graciously given to us with an offering to the “Anne “Armstrong Easter Offering” these offerings are used for “North American Missions”. We watched a film about how our offerings are used to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ here in America! Our Praise and Prayer Request time is a time for Praising God for answered prayers and a time for Prayer Request. Then Pastor David prays for each person listed for prayer. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ changed everything, split time and turned the world on its head as it all played out on this date over 2000 years ago. The key scriptures for today’s sermon were John 20:1-10 & 19-23 NIV. The Empty Tomb 20 Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance. 2 So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they have put him!” 3 So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb. 4 Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. 5 He bent over and looked in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in. 6 Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, 7 as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen. 8 Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside. He saw and believed. 9 (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.) 10 Then the disciples went back to where they were staying. Also John 21: 15-17, John 21:15-17 (NIV) Jesus Reinstates Peter 15 When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” 16 Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.” 17 The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. Here we learn that our Jesus is the Lord of second chances. We can never fail too badly, we can never sin too much. Jesus uses Peter in these verses as an example of how He loves us so much even if we think we are not good enough for his forgiveness. The Lord is so good! The Holy Spirit has brought another Soul into the fold. She wants Jesus to always be her Saviour. She was Baptized after the Easter Services this morning! My review for the book  "A Love Story…How God Pursued Me and Found Me"

 Some people who have grown up with loving parents have no idea what it is like to be abused by the ones who are suspose to love you the most. Samantha tells how she was not taught about God and his ways. In telling her story she writes about how He was looking out for her well being a long time before she knew Him has her Savior and Lord of her life.

 You will like this book, although you might be a little skeptical  about some of the things she writes about that are suppose to be true. It is entirely up to you if you believe the story of her life or not.
 I do know that God is good and when it appeared that He had forgotten her, God was with her all of the time. She has found the plan and purpose God has planned for her and that is a lot more than a lot of folks can say for themselves. 
I especially like the part where she and a friend were co-founders for  a childerns ministry that does so much good for ill children. I would like to visit the land where she was baptized also!

 I will always wonder what her babies real names were. She called them by her own sweet names, instead of their real one. Also her mean husband was called a well known name instead of his real one.
 I would give this book a 10, but I guess I can not go up that far with ratings.
If you believe in God and his Angels you will like this book too!

 From page 78: Never forget to dance. I dance when I am happy but more importantly, I dance when I am sad. It does the heart good to feel this way losing yourself in music.

A Cheerful Giver-God Loves a Cheerful Giver-Christian GivingEach man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
This verse single-handedly sums up the reason Christians are to give. We are to give because…..God loves a cheerful giver. When Christians freely give, with a gracious heart, we please God.
God himself, is a cheerful giver. He loves when His children follow in his footsteps. Think about the many blessings God has so richly bestowed on you. He doesn’t bless you because he has to, or because he feels obligated to. He gives to us, because He loves us.
In Romans 9:32 it says, He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all–how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things. God was willing to give his own son for our sake, and He didn’t stop there. This verse reminds us that God graciously gives us all things.
From each breath you take, to the house you live in. From your job, to your children, to your ability to read and write, God has graciously given you all that you have, and the ability to do all that you can do. There is nothing given to you, that does not flow from the hand of God.
Meditate on his many blessings. Think about the cross, and the suffering that was endured for your sake. Know this of God, he is a gracious God, and he calls us to be gracious as well. He calls us to be cheerful givers, and to freely give to others, as he has done so with us.
When we begin to catch a glimpse of the graciousness bestowed on us as sinners, how can we not desire to please God? How can we not desire to be cheerful givers, and share some of what has so graciously been given to us?
If you love the Lord, strive to be a cheerful giver. Don’t hold back when it comes to giving. In Psalm 84:11 it says, For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. He withholds no good thing from us, and we are not to withhold any good thing from those in need.
Lord, please make me a cheerful giver. Help me to freely give to others, and glorify your name. Help me give to others in a way that pleases you. Help me to be gracious towards others, that I may reflect your graciousness towards me.

Lifelong Fort Collins resident Larry Paul Sexton died Friday, March 8, 2013. Surrounded by family, Larry lost his short but valiant, bravely fought battle against stage IV lung cancer which attacked him with a vengeance. Larry was 53 years old at the time of his death.

Larry was born in Muscatine, Iowa, to Frank and Sharlet Sexton on July 18, 1959, on his Uncle Ben’s 19th birthday. They shared a very special bond beyond uncle and nephew from the very beginning. The family returned to Fort Collins when Larry was six months old and he spent the remainder of his life here. He attended Poudre and Centennial high schools. Like his father before him, he was an over the road truck driver his entire adult life and an owner operator for the past fifteen years.

On October 2, 1993, Larry married the love of his life Sherry Folkemer. Together they had two sons, Clint and Cody, which were his pride and joy! He loved his family dearly and whether doing school projects, scouting functions, extra-curricular sporting activities, or just family game night they were his biggest joy and he considered them his greatest accomplishment. Larry’s other interests included making mandolins, listening to Bluegrass music, cheering for the Broncos, and watching Professional Bull Riding. He was a born again, baptized Christian and a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Larry always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. He brought a delightful sense of levity to any event he attended. He was a kind, sincere, polite and caring individual who never knew a stranger and never forgot a debt. He made a point of making sure the people he loved knew it. It is all of these special attributes that drew people to him and why this wide circle of friends and family will miss him so!

Larry is survived by his wife of almost 20 years, Sherry Sexton, of Fort Collins; sons Clinton Paul Sexton, 14, and Cody Lynn Sexton, 12, and his beloved hound dog, Bailey, also of Fort Collins; his mother Sharlet Sexton of Fort Collins, CO; his siblings Danny Sexton (Kathie) of La Porte, CO, Debbie Cromer (Jack) of Fort Collins, CO, Jeannie McGaughey (Dusty) of San Angelo, TX, and Joe Sexton (Donna) of Fort Collins, CO and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly! He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Sexton.

The family would like to thank everyone at PVH, Centre Rehab Facility, and all of the caretakers – especially Becky and Dr. Matt Sorrenson. Also the family expresses deepest appreciation for the loving support, meals, visits and prayers of so many wonderful friends.

There will be a viewing Tuesday evening, March 12th, at Goes Funeral Care, 3665 Canal Drive, Suite E, Fort Collins, Colorado, from 5:00 to 7:00. The Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday morning, March 13th, at 10:00 at Larry and Sherry’s home church - The Redeemer Lutheran Church, 7755 Greenstone Trail, Fort Collins, Colorado. Pastor Tim Runtsch will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Redeemer church in memory of Larry Sexton. The funds will be given to Sherry and the boys for family expenses.
